Your website already knows who is ready to buy. Now you will too.
Novexa Pilot puts website intelligence and a CRM behind the same one-line snippet. Sessions, sources, site health and search positions on one side; scored leads and a working pipeline on the other — with nothing to sync between them.

The gap
Most tools stop counting exactly where the interesting part starts.
A pageview total is a fact about your website. A name, a company and a reason to call is a fact about your business. The second one is what a sales team can act on, and it is the one almost nobody has.
Analytics says: 4,812 sessions this week, 62% from organic search.
Novexa Pilot says: Priya at Northwind Labs came back three times and read your pricing page for four minutes.
Your CRM says: 47 new leads, source unknown.
Novexa Pilot says: 11 of them arrived from the comparison post you published in March, and they close twice as often.

SEO intelligence
Keyword positions, backlinks and competitor movement, next to the on-page issues the crawler actually found.
CRM on the same data
Converting visitors become leads automatically and move through a pipeline with activities, tasks and reminders.
Privacy that survives a review
A visitor hash that rotates every 24 hours instead of a persistent identifier. Anything shaped like an email, phone number or card is redacted before it is written. Consent modes are configurable per domain, and data-subject requests are self-serve.
- 24h rotating hash
- PII redaction at ingest
- Per-domain consent modes
- Self-serve DSR tools
- City-level geography only
From script to pipeline
Live in an afternoon, useful by the next morning
- 01
Drop in one line
Add the script to your site and verify the domain. Nothing is counted until verification passes, so a mistyped domain never pollutes someone else’s numbers.
<script defer src="https://cdn.novexapilot.com/np.js" data-domain="yoursite.com"></script> - 02
Watch it fill in
Sessions and sources appear immediately. The first crawl finishes within the hour and brings back pages, technologies, Core Web Vitals and the issue list.
- 03
Work the pipeline
Visitors that show intent become scored leads, land in the pipeline, and trigger the alert or digest you asked for. That is the whole loop.
For the people selling
A call list, not a dashboard to interpret
Every identified visitor gets a score built from behaviour you can point at — pages read, return visits, time on the ones that matter. When a rep asks why someone is at the top of the list, there is an answer, not a number.
- Leads created automatically from real intent signals, not just form fills
- A pipeline with activities, tasks and reminders in the same tenant as the analytics
- Alerts and digests by email when a lead crosses the threshold you set
For the people building
The crawl finds it before a customer does
Every connected domain is crawled on a schedule. What comes back is a list of specific findings with the page attached — not a score out of a hundred with no way to act on it.
Things that are broken
Soft 404s, redirect chains, pages that stopped resolving after a deploy — found by crawling what you actually serve, not by reading your sitemap.
Things that are slow
Core Web Vitals measured in the field from real visits, attributed to the template responsible rather than averaged across the whole site.
Things that moved
Keyword positions and backlinks tracked over time, so a drop shows up next to the on-page change that plausibly caused it.
In their words
What changes once the two halves talk to each other
“We had analytics and we had a CRM, and neither could tell us which of the two thousand people on the site last week were worth calling. Now that list arrives ranked, every morning, without anyone building it.”
Asha Menon
Head of Growth · Acme Retail
“The install was a single line of script and a verification check. Two days later the site-audit run found four pages that had been returning a soft 404 since our last redesign.”
Rohit Verma
Founder · Blank Co
“Our pipeline used to start at the form submit. It starts three visits earlier now, and the difference shows up in how our first call goes.”
Priya Raghavan
Marketing Lead · Northwind Labs
“Eleven client domains, one login, one weekly report each. The part my team actually cares about is that nobody has to export anything by hand on a Friday afternoon.”
Daniel Okafor
Agency Director · Meridian Studio
“The rotating visitor hash and the redaction rules were what got this past our review. Being able to answer a data-subject request from the product, rather than from a spreadsheet, was what got it approved.”
Ingrid Haas
Data Protection Officer · Vantage Health
“Lead scores are built from behaviour we can actually see on the page, so when a rep asks why a lead is ranked highly, there is a real answer instead of a number.”
Tomás Ferreira
Head of Sales · Cadence Software

Questions
The ones we get asked first
Do I need a cookie banner to use this?
Not for the default configuration. Visitors are counted with a hash that rotates every 24 hours rather than a persistent identifier, so nothing is stored on the visitor’s device. Consent mode is configurable per domain if your own policy or jurisdiction requires stricter handling.
What does “identified visitor” actually mean?
The visit has been matched to a lead record — usually because someone submitted a form, followed a campaign link, or returned on a session that can be linked to an existing lead. It does not mean we look up a name from an IP address, and the product will not present something it inferred as something it knows.
Will this slow my site down?
The snippet is a small deferred script that does not block rendering, and it reports Core Web Vitals for the page it runs on — so if it ever did cost you something measurable, you would see it in your own dashboard first.
Can I run several client sites from one account?
Yes. Each domain gets its own dashboard, its own crawl schedule and its own alerting, all under one login. The Agency plan exists for exactly this; the difference between plans is the number of domains and seats, not the feature set.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Exports are self-serve while the account is active, and the data-subject request tools work on your own data too. Retention windows and deletion timelines are written down rather than described in general terms — see the privacy policy.
Does this replace the CRM I already have?
It can, for a team whose pipeline starts on the website. If you are committed to an existing CRM, the useful framing is that Novexa Pilot is where a lead is discovered and qualified before it gets there — the scoring is built from behaviour your CRM cannot see.
How long before there is anything worth looking at?
Sessions and sources appear as soon as verification passes. The first crawl finishes inside the hour. Lead scoring needs a few days of behaviour before the ranking means much — before that it is mostly recency.
