The Free plan connects no domains — it exists to look around before an admin approves the domains you asked for. Everything else on this table applies from the first verified domain.
Before you pick a number
What counts as a tracked event?
Every beacon the snippet sends: a pageview, a scroll-depth milestone, a click on an element you have marked, a form interaction, a custom event, a conversion. A visitor reading four pages and submitting a form is a handful of events, not one.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The quota is checked on the server, so the limit is real rather than a number the interface displays. Usage against each quota is visible in your account throughout the month, which means running into one should never be the first you hear of it.
Why does the Free plan connect no domains?
Domains are granted by request: you open a ticket saying how many you need and what they are, and an admin approves a quota. Free exists so you can create an account, look at the product and make that request without paying first.
Do the plans differ in what the product can do?
No. Analytics, the crawler, SEO intelligence, the CRM and the privacy tooling are in all four plans. What changes is how many domains and seats you get and how much monthly volume is included — see the comparison table above.
What is a seat?
One person with their own login inside your account. Members can be scoped to particular domains and permissions, so a contractor working on one site does not get the whole tenant.
How does billing work?
You can get started today and no card is required to begin. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
