The capability set
One snippet, and then the whole visit is on the record
Novexa Pilot is a multi-tenant CRM with website intelligence underneath it. The same script that counts a session is the one that builds the lead, scores it from what the person actually did, and hands it to a pipeline. Nothing to sync, because there is no second tool.
Everything on this page, in order
- 01Website intelligencePages discovered, technologies detected, SSL health and Core Web Vitals per domain.
- 02Visitor analyticsSessions, sources, devices, city-level geography and a realtime view of the site.
- 03Lead scoringA score assembled from behaviour you can read back, line by line.
- 04Pipeline and CRMDeals, activities, tasks and reminders on the same records the tracker created.
- 05SEO intelligenceKeyword positions, backlinks, competitors and the on-page issues behind them.
- 06Privacy controlsRotating visitor hashes, redaction at ingest, per-domain consent modes, DSR tools.
Capture
What the tracker sees, written down as it happens
A deferred one-line script reports pageviews, scroll depth, clicks on elements you mark, form interactions and conversions with a value. Nothing is counted until the domain passes verification, so a mistyped hostname never lands in someone else’s numbers.
Sessions roll up into sources, devices, landing and exit pages, and a realtime view of who is on the site now. City-level geography, never a coordinate.
Snippet and install guidesThe site itself, on a schedule
Every connected domain is crawled repeatedly: pages discovered, CMS and framework detection, analytics tags already present, certificate issuer and expiry, security headers, page weight. Field Core Web Vitals come from real visits rather than a lab run.
Qualify and close
A CRM that already knows why the lead is worth a call
A converting visitor becomes a lead record with its whole history attached — the first search, the pages read, the return visits, the form. Scoring runs on that history plus the firmographic band, and it shows its working, so a rep can disagree with the number and see exactly what it was built from.

- Activities, notes and call logs on the record
- Tasks with reminders and owner assignment
- Deal values, stages and close dates
- Segments built from behaviour, not just fields
Find and fix
Rankings, links and page faults in the same view
SEO intelligence sits beside the crawl on purpose. A position that slides is usually explained by something on the page, and having to hold two tools open to notice that is how it goes unnoticed.
Position 14 → 4 since the March rewrite. The annotation is the deploy, not a guess.
- 01
What is broken
Soft 404s, redirect chains and pages that stopped resolving after a deploy — found by crawling what you serve, not by trusting your sitemap.
- 02
What is missing
Titles, meta descriptions, H1s, canonicals and alt text, listed per URL with the template that produced them.
- 03
What moved
Position history for every tracked keyword, plus new and lost backlinks, so a drop sits next to the change that plausibly caused it.
Underneath all of it
Privacy written as constraints, not as a policy page
- Visitor identity
- A first-party hash that rotates every 24 hours. No persistent ID, no cross-site trail.
- Redaction
- Anything shaped like an email, phone number or card is stripped at ingest — before storage, not on the way out.
- Never collected
- Passwords, payment fields, and the contents of any input marked data-np-private or type=password.
- Location
- Country, region and city. The IP is truncated on arrival and never persisted raw.
- Consent
- Configurable per domain, with Do Not Track honoured and retention windows you choose.
- Requests
- Data-subject access, export and deletion are self-serve, and every access is logged.
